The Sany 550 excavator is designed for heavy-duty conditions in mines. The machine has an operating weight of 54,000kg, showing strong stability and carrying capacity. It is equipped with an Isuzu 6WG1 engine customized and imported by Sany, with a rated power of 310kW and a displacement of 15.68L. It has sufficient torque reserve and stable output in the effective working range, and can easily cope with various complex heavy-duty tasks.
At the same time, it adopts DOC+DPF+SCR post-treatment technology and electric heating of urea pipeline, which not only reduces fuel consumption, but also makes emissions cleaner and more environmentally friendly. The hydraulic system is equipped with a well-known brand of fully electronically controlled main valve and main pump. The displacement of the main pump is increased from 212cc to 240cc, and a 36 large-diameter main valve core is used to reduce system pressure loss, improve efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
The excavator has outstanding design highlights. The standard 3.2m³ large bucket and optional 3.8m³ super large bucket are available. The bucket adopts wear-resistant blade plate structure, which is suitable for the harsh environment of mines and loading of gravel, granite and other working conditions. In addition, 4 series buckets can be configured to achieve “one bucket for one condition” and improve construction efficiency. The boom and dipper fully apply the 20,000-hour working device technology, the box structure is enlarged and widened, with multiple internal ribs built in, and high-strength materials are selected.
