Scope and coverage

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. For damage discovered at delivery or manufacturing defects, follow the Shipping and Warranty pages’ instructions; those issues are handled separately.
Return window and eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligible returns include change-of-mind and non-defective returns, provided items are returned in new, unused condition with original factory packaging.

Exchanges are accepted within the same 30‑day window, subject to stock availability and condition requirements.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to request cancellation. If it has shipped, wait for delivery and then contact us for return instructions.
Return shipping and costs

Returns are handled by mail or freight as appropriate for the item size and weight.

A return label will be included in the original package at no charge when applicable; for large freight items, follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

No restocking fees apply.

Customers remain responsible for the product until it is received and accepted at our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, if applicable.
Inspection and refund timing

All returns are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days after we receive and approve the return.

If an item is found not to meet the return condition (used, damaged, or missing original packaging), we will contact you with options (return to sender, partial refund, or refusal of return).
Exclusions and special cases

Items damaged during delivery: Follow the Shipping Policy — inspect shipments before signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading and report visible damage immediately. Damage claims have separate procedures and timelines.

Opened or used units: Opened or used items may be ineligible for a standard return unless the issue is covered by our warranty.

Cosmetic paint damage: Minor cosmetic paint issues (small scratches, scuffs, or chips from normal handling) are not eligible for replacement or refund under the standard return policy. Refer to Warranty for manufacturing defects.

Personal items: Do not include personal belongings with returns; they are not insured and will not be returned.
