We ship from our Arkansas warehouse to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Order processing and cutoff

Orders placed before 02:00 PM (GMT-08:00) on business days (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling time (processing time): 0–3 business days.
Transit and delivery times

Estimated transit time within the United States: 7–15 business days after shipment. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping methods and carriers

Large machines (for example, mini excavators and skid steers) ship via T-Force freight carriers.

Small items ship via FedEx or UPS.

All shipped orders will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the carrier name and tracking number.
Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free for all orders placed on williams-tractors.com. Additional services (e.g., residential liftgate delivery, inside delivery, expedited shipping) may incur extra charges; any additional charges will be communicated and must be accepted before shipment.
Delivery requirements for heavy equipment

Customers receiving heavy equipment (e.g., mini excavators, skid steers) must have appropriate unloading equipment on-site (forklift, forklift fork extensions, or equivalent). If unloading equipment is not available, you must inform the carrier when they call to schedule delivery and arrange to pick up your machine at the nearest freight terminal. Failure to provide unloading equipment may delay delivery or result in additional fees.
Inspection, damage reporting, and claims

Inspect all items before signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL). If damage is present, document it on the BOL and ensure both you and the driver sign. Noting damage on the BOL is required to initiate carrier claims.

Notify Williams Tractors of visible damage, defects, or missing items within 3 business days of delivery by emailing info@williams-tractors.com or calling +1 (479) 405-0559. After 3 business days, claims for damage or shortages will not be accepted for replacement or refund.

Full payment for the shipment must be completed before we or the carrier begin processing a damage claim. Carries often require the original BOL and time to investigate.
Liability and exclusions

Williams Tractors is responsible for booking freight with licensed and insured carriers. Our responsibility for the shipment starts when the carrier signs the Bill of Lading at pickup and ends when the delivery is signed for by the recipient.

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, normal wear-and-tear, or unauthorized modifications after delivery.

Personal belongings must not be included in or attached to shipments; carriers will not insure personal items. Any fines or charges arising from personal items will be charged to the customer.
Address requirements and delivery attempts

We deliver only to valid physical addresses (no PO boxes). If your address is new or unable to receive commercial freight, coordinate an alternate, accessible delivery address.

Carriers may make a limited number of delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, items may be returned to the freight terminal and additional fees for redelivery or pickup will apply.

About estimated times and changes

All shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, mechanical issues, natural disasters, traffic, or other events outside our control. We will notify you of known delays when possible.
