SANY 235

In order to better meet the needs of customers, Sany launched a new generation of SY235H excavators. This machine is mainly used for earthwork, but it can also handle stonework. The product features are as follows:
1. Efficient energy transfer: It uses Kawasaki’s full electronic control technology and is equipped with a full electronic control main valve and handle. The controller can accurately control the valve core and reasonably distribute the flow, which can further reduce pressure loss and reduce fuel consumption. After optimizing the control program, the energy transfer rate increased by 3%, further reducing fuel consumption, and the comprehensive fuel consumption was reduced by about 6%.
2. Excellent energy efficiency ratio: In the commonly used gear (S8 gear), the energy efficiency of SY235H can be increased by up to 14%, and it can also be increased by 8% in the highest gear. For example, in the commonly used gear, after working for 2,000 hours, SY235H earned 255,600 yuan more than the previous generation.

 

3.Precise control and positioning:It uses Kawasaki’s latest fully electronic control system. Through the high-performance electric proportional control main valve, the controller can accurately control the valve core, and the operating performance has been greatly improved. Compared with the previous generation, the flat ground length has increased by 53%.
4.Personalized configuration and adaptability:The core components of this machine are very powerful, and the ability to adapt to various working conditions is also great. It is equipped with a high-performance electronically controlled main valve, an electronically controlled operating handle and an upgraded hydraulic controller. Each valve core can be adjusted and can be matched and debugged according to the customer’s different construction scenarios. According to different construction conditions, the standard 1.35 cubic meter earth bucket can also be equipped with a 1.1 to 1.25 cubic meter stone bucket to meet the diverse needs of customers.

 

5.Intelligence and comfort:The 10-inch large screen has been upgraded, the system integration is higher, the body control and power management are integrated together, and there are fewer parts. It supports 4G network OTA upgrades, which is faster and safer, and also adds a one-key summoning function; the night parking lights have a delayed shutdown function, the front and rear display screens can be switched with one key, and it is also equipped with a rear camera to ensure driving safety.
6.Environmental protection and economy:The power system uses a 129-kilowatt Deutz TCD5.7 engine with a 6-cylinder configuration and SCR post-processing technology, which meets the National IV emission standards, has cleaner emissions and lower fuel consumption. The hydraulic system adopts Kawasaki’s fully electronically controlled hydraulic system, with low noise, high efficiency, high pressure, and large main valve flow of the main pump, which effectively reduces the energy loss of the hydraulic system and greatly improves the operating performance. These features make the Sany 235 excavator perform very well in the market, not only improving work efficiency, but also enhancing the comfort and safety of operation.
