This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Important Note

This return policy outlines procedures for change-of-mind returns and general discrepancies. It does not apply to cases where a machine is found damaged upon delivery. For items damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects, please refer to our dedicated Warranty Page and specific Shipping Policy guidelines regarding immediate inspection and documentation.

1. Eligibility & Return Period

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Product Condition:
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. However, items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original factory packaging to qualify for a refund.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within the same 30-day return window, subject to stock availability and product condition requirements.

If your item has shipped:

Step 3: Return Shipping

Return Method:
Returns are handled by mail.

Return Label:
A return label is included in the package at no additional cost to the customer.

Restocking Fees:
No restocking fees are charged.

Customer Responsibility During Transit:
Customers remain responsible for the product until it is received and accepted at our warehouse. We recommend using trackable shipping where applicable.

3. Refund Processing

Inspection:
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing Time:
Refunds are issued within 30 days after the returned product is received and approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

4. Exclusions

Open or Used Units

Opened or used items may not qualify for a standard return unless covered under warranty for manufacturing defects.

Cosmetic Paint Damage

Williams Tractors does not replace or refund body panels due to minor cosmetic paint damage such as scratches, scuffs, or chips incurred during normal shipping and handling.
