Launched in 2019, the 5.8-ton Carter 306E2 small hydraulic excavator is a compact and efficient operator. It is equipped with a Carter C2.4 (di turbo) engine with a net power of 34.7kW, stable power output, and meets China’s Stage II non-road emission requirements.
The hydraulic system has excellent performance, with a bucket digging force of 39kN, a digging force of 28kN for the digging arm, and a maximum flow of 140L/min for the main system. With a rotation speed of 10.5r/min, the operation is efficient and accurate, and it can easily handle both fine site leveling and strong excavation operations.
The design of the Carter 306E2 takes into account both ease of operation and stability. The transport length is 5.785 meters, the width is 1.95 meters, and the height is 2.54 meters, which is flexible for transfer. It is equipped with a standard 0.25m³ bucket with a bucket width of 1.95 meters, which can adapt to a variety of excavation tasks.
The track width is 400mm, and the chassis designed by Carter has excellent stability and durability. The travel motor has a two-speed function to cope with different ground conditions.
The cab has a spacious space, equipped with a heater and air conditioner, and the operating lever is ergonomically designed to reduce operator fatigue and provide a comfortable and quiet working environment for operators. It performs well in scenes such as urban construction, landscaping, and rural infrastructure construction.
