Engine: Equipped with Komatsu’s independently developed water-cooled diesel engine (such as SAA6D107E-1, SAA6D107E-3, etc.), the power range is 103kW to 123.2kW, meeting the National IV emission standards, equipped with high-pressure common rail fuel injection, turbocharging and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) technology, and fuel efficiency is improved by about 7%.

 

 

Cab: ROPS certified cab, equipped with suspended adjustable seat, adjustable armrests and 7-inch color LCD monitor, supporting multi-language display.
Safety configuration: Hydraulic locking rod automatic locking, engine emergency stop switch, anti-fall fence, etc. to ensure safe operation.

 

Reinforced design: The working device adopts whole plate welding technology, and the key parts are optimized by finite element analysis to improve durability; the X-shaped center frame and reverse U-shaped crawler frame enhance stability.
Extra-long arm version (such as PC200LC-11M0): Equipped with lightweight high-strength materials, suitable for long-distance operations such as river dredging and slope finishing, and equipped with a standard oil pipe built-in oil cylinder to avoid damage.

 

Digging force: The bucket digging force is up to 149kN, and the digging force of the dipper arm is 108kN, which can cope with complex working conditions such as hard soil and gravel.
Operation range: The maximum digging depth is about 6.6 meters, the maximum digging radius is 9.8 meters, and the maximum unloading height is 7.1 meters, which can adapt to diverse operation needs.

Centralized maintenance: Oil filter and fuel filter are centrally arranged in the main pump room, and pedals are added on the upper part of the engine for easy maintenance.
Intelligent monitoring: Standard equipped with Conchas system, real-time monitoring of equipment status and support for remote management.
