XCMG 490 EXCAVATOR

XCMG XE490DK is a high-performance crawler excavator designed for heavy-duty operations. It is equipped with a Cummins engine that provides a powerful power of 280 kW (380.69 hp). The large-displacement main pump and XCMG’s independently developed low-speed high-torque engine technology make the machine respond quickly, ensuring efficient operation while taking into account excellent fuel economy. In addition, it also adopts XCMG’s unique “fully independent cooling technology” and high-power radiator, which has lower fan energy consumption and is suitable for high-temperature environments up to 50°C.

 

 

This excavator showcases excellent design details. The durability of the working device has been enhanced, and the new rock bucket is equipped with additional bucket teeth, protective lips and side reinforcement plates, which significantly improves its impact resistance and wear resistance. As a result, the overall service life of the working device is extended by 20%. The ergonomically designed cab provides the operator with a spacious and comfortable working environment. Equipped with six-point support silicone shock absorbers, it minimizes vibration and noise, reducing the operator’s fatigue during long-term operation. Safety features such as the fence-type front window guard and FOPS top guard further ensure the safety of the operator.

Different combinations of booms, arms and buckets enable it to cope with various working conditions.
