The Hitachi ZX200-3G excavator is the flagship product in Hitachi’s new generation of construction machinery. With an operating weight of 19.8 tons, it has excellent operating performance. With a powerful and reliable Isuzu AA-6BG1T 110 kW engine, it can easily handle a variety of harsh working conditions.

 

 

Its bucket capacity ranges from 0.8 to 0.91 cubic meters, its digging force is 151 kN, and its breakout force is 109 kN. Whether it is conventional digging and loading work or intensive work on complex soil, it can effectively complete the application work. Its operating range includes a maximum digging radius of 9,910 mm, a digging depth of 6,660 mm, a digging height of 9,610 mm and a dumping height of 6,790 mm, making it suitable for the needs of various engineering projects and your ideal work partner.

 

 

The ZX200-3G adopts the most innovative designs of its time: its active structure elements have been reinforced, the X-beam has been upgraded and the rigidity of the active frame has been increased by 35%, making it ideal for heavy-duty work. The front working device also features a reinforced arm, while the arm end and bucket connecting pins have been treated with WC spray, greatly improving their durability.

 

The CRES cab ensures high driver safety and reduced vibration, and each vehicle is equipped with air conditioning to enhance user comfort. In addition, our excavator engine is designed with oil filters and oil-water separators for easy daily maintenance. We use long-life components to extend maintenance intervals and significantly reduce maintenance costs, making it an ideal, high-performance and reliable excavator for various construction projects.
