We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our policy and process for canceling orders with Williams Tractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. When Can I Cancel My Order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can cancel your order at any time&nbsp;<strong>before<\/strong>&nbsp;it has been marked as \u201cShipped\u201d and assigned an active tracking number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If your order has already shipped:<\/strong>&nbsp;It cannot be canceled mid-transit in the traditional sense. You will need to process a return once it is in the shipping network. Please refer to our&nbsp;Refund &amp; Returns Policy&nbsp;for instructions on how to initiate a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. How to Request a Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Policy for Rerouting Shipped Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your item is already on its way and has an active tracking number, we can attempt to have the item rerouted back to our facility&nbsp;<em>before<\/em>&nbsp;it reaches you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Process:<\/strong>\u00a0We will contact the carrier to have the item returned to sender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund:<\/strong>\u00a0A refund will be issued once the item has physically arrived back in our custody and has been inspected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restock Fee:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Please note, there will be a 15% restocking fee subtracted from your total refund amount to cover return freight and processing costs.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Refusing Delivery at the Door<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the local courier has contacted you and you have already set a delivery appointment for drop off, but you decide to cancel last minute:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Refuse the delivery<\/strong>\u00a0when the driver arrives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mark the shipment as \u201cReturn to Sender\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0on the Bill of Lading.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the item has transited back to our warehouse and is received by our team, we will issue your return&nbsp;<strong>minus a 15% restocking fee<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Need to cancel your order?
